VYSH INFOTECH provides bespoke software development, web & mobile application engineering, UI/UX and graphic design, cloud infrastructure architecture, artificial intelligence solutions, and creative multimedia production.

Timelines, milestone deliverables, project specifications, and fees are defined in individual project contracts signed by both parties.

Client Deliverables: Upon full and final settlement of all applicable invoices, intellectual property rights in custom deliverables produced specifically for the client are assigned to the client, subject to the terms of the specific agreement.

Pre-existing Assets: Any proprietary tools, starter frameworks, code libraries, or methodology developed by VYSH INFOTECH prior to or outside the engagement remain the exclusive property of VYSH INFOTECH.

Clients agree to provide timely feedback, necessary credentials, documentation, assets, and approvals required for project execution. Delays in providing necessary materials may reasonably adjust project milestone schedules.

Invoices are payable within the schedule outlined in the contract (typically net 15 or milestone-based payments). Late payments may result in suspension of work and deliverable transfers until accounts are brought current.

VYSH INFOTECH warrants that all services will be executed in a professional, workmanlike manner conforming to prevailing industry standards. Except as expressly stated, the site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the engagement or use of this website.

We maintain strict confidentiality concerning all proprietary business strategies, source code, data, and design materials shared during enquiries and engagements, backed by non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).

Either party may terminate an active project engagement in accordance with the termination clauses specified in the contract, subject to payment for work completed up to the date of notice.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be submitted to competent courts.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time by updating this page with the revised Effective Date. Continued use of our site and services signifies acceptance of revised terms.
